The primary school ‘Bratstvo-Migjeni’ in Tetovo is one of the oldest schools, and is founded in 1958 under the name ‘Bratstvo-Edinstvo’. The school has three buildings, one in the Sports Centre, one in Saraqina, and the new one in Drenovec.

In 1958 the teaching process was held in Macedonian and Albanian from the 1^st grade till the 8^th. Later the teaching begins in Turkish from the 1^st grade till the 4^th. In 1993 the school changes the name to ‘Bratstvo-Migjeni’.

Nowadays, the teaching is held in Macedonian from the 1^st till the 8^th grade in Tetovo and Saraqina, in Albanian from the 1^st till the 8^th grade in Tetovo and from the 1^st till the 4^th grade in Saraqina, whilst in Turkish from the 1^st till the 4^th grade.

The teaching and learning process takes place in four buildings: in the central building, in the Sports centre, in Drenovec, and in the peripheral school in Saraqina.

The central school building has 29 classrooms, out of which 11 are small and adapted, where it is very hard to process with the contemporary teaching. At the Sports centre building, there are 8 classrooms. In the peripheral school, there are 6 classrooms and in the school building in Drenovec there are 18 classrooms.

The teaching is planned to end on 10.06.2014. There are planned in minimum 180 working days and the teaching will be organized according to the organizational calendar for primary schools. The teaching will be held in two shifts in the four school buildings, except for the teaching process in Macedonian in Tetovo which will be held in 3 shifts.

The school is led by a principal, who is assisted by two deputy principals. Apart from the teachers there is a secretary, cashier, pedagogue, psychologist, and site staff.
