The founder of the primary school ‘Kiril and Metodij’ is the Municipality of Tetovo. It started with work in 1988, as a school where the students will gain primary education in two languages: Albanian and Macedonian.

The primary school ‘Kiril and Metodij’ is a central school, within which is the peripheral school in the village Falish.  The primary school is located in the triangle of the streets ‘Blagoja Toska’, ‘Video Smilevski-Bato’ and ‘Ilindenska, in the local community ‘Teteks’.

The overall number of students is 840, out of which 90% Albanians and 10% Macedonians in 35 classes, out of which 27 in Albanian language and 8 in Macedonian language. The school works in 2 shifts; it has 69 employees, out of which 56 teachers, 3 administrators (principal, pedagogue, and secretary) and 10 site staff.
